This Privacy Policy explains how M&P LLH handles organizational and employee data for Railway Workshops, which are governed and managed by the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. We respect the confidentiality, security, and ownership of all data generated and stored by Indian Railways and are committed to ensuring compliance with applicable Indian laws and Government of India data governance policies.
M&P LLH is a multi-tenant platform specifically designed for Indian Railway Workshops to manage equipment, machine repair, and maintenance operations. Each Railway Workshop operates in its own secure environment, with all data stored on its own private server infrastructure owned and controlled by that Railway Workshop.
The App processes limited employee information provided by the Railway Workshop’s administration, such as:
Important: Employees cannot create accounts themselves. All accounts are provisioned by the Railway Workshop administration team. Employees may reset their password but cannot self-register.
No data is ever used for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
All employee and operational data is stored within the Railway Workshop’s own private server infrastructure. Each workshop’s data is isolated and never shared with any other entity. Our company does not host, own, or control this data.

M&P LLH uses industry-standard encryption and authentication protocols. Each Railway Workshop is responsible for the physical and network security of its own servers. Our software updates are tested to meet security standards before release.
Since employee accounts are created by the Railway Workshop: Requests for access, correction, or deletion of employee data must be directed to the Railway Workshop administration. M&P LLH will support workshops in implementing such requests at the application level.
