1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Machine Management Application ("the Application"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are an authorized employee or user designated by your organization.
• You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, company IT security guidelines, and applicable data protection regulations.

2. Purpose of the Application

The Application is designed exclusively for machine and equipment management, including:

• Logging and tracking of breakdown maintenance tickets.
• Recording and scheduling preventive maintenance activities.
• Managing machine history, reports, manpower, and cost breakdowns.
• Generating reports such as downtime/loss of hours, annual preventive schedules, and maintenance history.
• Providing alerts, notifications, and approvals related to maintenance workflows.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and verifiable information while creating or updating maintenance tickets.
• Users are responsible for timely approvals, updates, and closures of maintenance records assigned to them.
• Login credentials must be kept confidential and secure at all times.
• Unauthorized data manipulation, false reporting, or misuse of the Application may result in disciplinary and legal action.

4. Data Accuracy & Reporting

• All reports (breakdown, preventive, manpower, costs, and history) are generated from the data submitted by users.
• Users are responsible for ensuring correctness of submitted records.
• The Application acts as a digital facilitator; final accountability remains with respective departmental authorities.

5. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

• Preventive maintenance schedules must be followed as configured in the Application.
• Breakdown tickets must be logged promptly and resolved as per organizational maintenance standards.
• Machine history is maintained digitally; any manual updates outside the system will not be reflected.

6. Security & Access Control

• Access rights are role-based and granted only to authorized employees.
• Unauthorized attempts to access, alter, or misuse system data will be treated as security breaches.
• System usage may be monitored for compliance and audit purposes.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• The organization and administrators of the Application are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by downtime, technical errors, or user negligence.
• Data accuracy depends on user inputs; the Application is not responsible for losses due to incomplete or incorrect entries.
• Reports generated are for operational support and may not substitute official financial or compliance documentation unless specifically authorized.

8. Modification of Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically based on organizational requirements, IT policies, or audit recommendations. Users will be notified in case of significant changes.
